Q - How much will it cost?
A - The prices quoted on our Website Options page covers all design costs and site build costs including domain registration, hosting etc... for your 1st year. All fees are payable upon site completion. Additional renewal costs (anniversary costs) are quoted below -
2 page website - one off payment of £50
3-6 page website - one off payment of £75
7-10 page website - one off payment of £125
11-20 page website - one off payment of £175
Maintenance costs - After project completion if you choose not to maintain the site yourself through our content management system we can maintain your site for you. This includes all future changes, uploading of images, news, changes to text etc... This service is charged on a monthly basis as follows -
2 page website - monthly management fee of £15
3-6 page website - monthly management fee of £30
7-10 page website - monthly management fee of £50
11-20 page website - monthly management fee of £75
Q - What do you need from me?
A - Ideally your initial ideas for your design, take a look around the web and get a feel for what type of site your after.
Provide us with a much text as possible to display on your website, after all, you know more about your business than we do!
Think about your target audience and what you want to portray to them. We can assist in this if you have any problems.
We can provide high quality photographs and images for added attraction, however, If you have images specific to your company or products such as promotional images or pictures of your premises please email them for insertion providing the quality is satisfactory.
If photography is not your strong point, through our partnership with professional photograpers 'The Model Camp' we can provide quality photographs for added attraction. Additional costs will be associated with this service and will vary depending on location,number of images required etc...
If you want your website to fit with your existing "corporate identity" please send us your master logos, colour scheme, letterheads etc... Otherwise, a logo and colour scheme can be developed.
Q - What about payment?
A - For all projects a 20% deposit will be required in advance, with the balance (of the annual cost) payable at agreed stages throughout the project and/or at site completion.
Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or cash.
Anniversary payments shall be notified 1 month before payment is due. If no payment is received before your anniversary date your site will be terminated.
